Cameroon’s men’s volleyball national team have been urged to remain united and keep the spirit that saw they reach the finals of the African Men’s Volleyball Championship.

In a reception accorded them on Wednesday morning by the Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Narcisse Mouelle Kombi, the Lions were praised for their fightig spirit.

The Lions arrived Cameroon on Tuesday night after they lost at the finals of the Africa Men’s Basketball Championship to hosts Tunisia by three sets to two after tie break.

The Minister of Sports and Physical Education said the players made the nation proud despite the defeat and said this signals brighter days for Cameroon volleyball in the future.
