Mr, Kiga Theodore has been killed by alleged Seperatists in Bui division, on his way back to Bamenda from Nkambe.

Our sources in Bamenda say,the regional delegate was killed along side three warders with whom he was moving with on April 12th 2022.

Mr Kigha Theodore was in Nkambe for the installation of the Nkambe prison superintendent.

Seperatist fighters alleged to have reportedly lay an ambush killing the penitentiary boss of the region.

He met his untimely death in the locality of Kikaikelaki near Kumbo, Bui division of the North West region.

A Separatist militia known as the Bui Unity Warriors have claimed responsibility of the attack in a video trending online.

A white Hilux vehicle and dead bodies of those killed is seen on the video brandished by the armed separatists.They also killed alongside three warders.

The prison officials are reported to have been returning from Nkambe onboard a white Hilux vehicle.

General Theodore had just commissioned the new Superintendent of Nkambe Principal Prison and was returning to Bamenda, headquarters of the North West region.

No reaction from the government was noticed at the time of this report.
