Their objective is clear. Work at having a prosperous and conquerors party. That is the leitmotif of the Cameroon Democratic Union, CDU.
The party has launched the renewal of its basic organs. It aims at selecting those who will lead the party to greater victories. That is in line with upcoming electoral rendezvous.
The underway of this operations will be done using two newly created commissions. They have been created at the local, divisional and national levels. According to Honorable Koupit Adamou, at the local level, there is the Operational Technical Committee, who has as duty of going deep to villages and also carry out the head count of militants as well as sympathisers of the party.
Furthermore, there is the Divisional supervisory commission and the General coordination commission.
The main assignment these commissions are invited to work at is the mobilisation of CDU militants and the population in general for their enrollment in the electoral register of Elections Cameroon, ELECAM.
Honorable Koupit Adamou says the decision of creating these commissions was discussed during a meeting of the political bureau. It took place in Foumban, headquarter of the party last February 26 and 27 under the chairmanship of party’s leader, Tomaino Ndam Njoya.
