Newly appointed officials of National School of Magistracy and Administration, ENAM, and Cameroon’s Telecommunication Agency, CAMTEL, have been tasked to ensure quality training and enhance the country’s telecom sector respectively.
The commendation came from both Cameroon’s Public Service and Administrative Reforms Minister, Joseph Le, who installed the new ENAM’s bosses and Minister of Post and Telecommunication, Minette Libom, who installed CAMTEL officials.
The New Director General of the National School of Magistracy and Administration, ENAM, Soumbou Angoula Bertand Pierre and his Assistant Mr Arouna were all challenged to use their years of experience on the school to ensure quality training. The installation ceremony took place at the Amphi theatre of ENAM, in the absence of ENAM’s former boss, Linus Toussaint.
Meanwhile the New Board Chair of the Cameroon’s Telecommunication Agency, MOHAMADOU SAOUDI, the new General Manager, Judith YAH SUNDAY epse ACHIDI, and Deputy General Manager, Olé Daniel Désiré, were all installed into their functions in a ceremony chaired by Post and Telecommunication Minister, Minette Libom.
These installation come on the heels of the installation of the new General Manager of Cameroon’s petroleum Depot company, SCDP, Veronique who says she is poised to face the economic challenges that awaits her.
It would be recalled that 32 years old, Soumbou Angoula Bertrand Pierre who is now the new Director General of ENAM, graduated from the institution barely two years ago. He is one of the youngest appointee of the current government. He replaces Linus Toussaint Medjana.
By press time, reports alleged that Linus Toussaint Medjana was being held at that Judicial police, reason for his absence in Angoula’s installation.
