Eighty-seven-year old Marcel Niat Njifendji has been re-elected for another term at the helm of Cameroon’s Upper House of Parliament.
He was re-elected this Thursday March 18 with a majority of 85 votes out of 93 and 8 nul ballots.
He has been President of the Senate since its creation in 2013.
