Many persons are reported dead and several others injured after a mini bus and truck collide along the Douala Yaounde road, reports say.

Going by reports, the truck was transporting UN marked container bound for the UN mission in The Central African Republic, CAR.

The accident which occurred in the locality of Sombo is said to have claimed the lives of seven persons, sources say. However, local authorities are yet to make an official statement.
