Veteran journalist Eric Chinje is today paying a visit to the detained separatist leaders incacerated at the Kondengui prison as well as other persons arrested and detained within the context of the Anglophone crisis.
The outspoken journalist who has always called for an inclusive dialogue to end the crisis said he is going to visit the detainees to ‘get their stories’ and provide relief to them.
Last year, Eric Chinje wrote an opeen letter to Paul Biya asking him to adopt a more tactful and different approach to the crisis that the one he is using to fight Boko Haram.
He called on the Head of State to withdraw troops from the two regions, free all those arrested in the context of the crisis and engage in a broad-based dialogue.
