The government of Cameroon has launched an open national invitation to tender for the construction of the residence of the President of the Constitutional Council.
The tender was launched on October 23, a day after the Constitutional Council proclaimed Paul Biya winner of the Presidential election held earlier this month.
The provisional cost of the works that will be located in Bastos, Yaounde is set at two hundred and seventy two million six hundred and fifty nine thousand nine hundred and ninety two francs, the Ministry of State Property and Land Tenure said.
The works will be financed by the Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development, the government said in the invitation to tender published on state-owned Cameroon Tribune.
The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on Noveember 28, the Government said.
