Cotonsport of Garoua have crashed out of the African Champions League on a 3-2 aggregate score against Egyptian side Ismaily.
The Cameroonian side recorded a 2-1 win over the Egyptians at the Yaounde Military stadium but it was not sufficient to sail through after their two nil defeat in the first leg.
Trailing from the first leg, Cotonsport had their task made more difficult after falliçng behind to a penalty Baher El Mohamady converted just after the fourth minute.
Cotonsport were on level terms two minutes before the break through 2017 Afcon winner Ngweni Ndasi before Daouda Kamilou scored put the home side ahead from the penalty spot in the 65 minute.
However, the visitors held on to see out the game and progree on a 3-2 aggregate score as Cotonsport drop down to the Caf Confederation Cup.
