The mortal remains of the deceased Archbishop Emeritus of Douala Christian Cardinal Tumi begins its final journey today in Douala.

The mortal remains of the prelate who died on April 3 in Douala, will be removed from the mortuary of the Douala Military Hospital in Bonanjo today morning before masses will be held all through the day at the Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral in Douala.

Tomorrow morning, another mass will be held after a mass at the Cathedral.

Monday, April 19

11.00am: Removal of mortal remains from Douala-Bonanjo Military Hospital

11.30am: Transfer of mortal remains to the Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral in Douala

12.30pm: First mass supervised by Reverend Father Jean Paul Augustin Kobe Kobe

2pm-3.45pm: Meditation and different animations supervised by Rev Father Thomas Mongo

4pm: Second mass in English, supervised by Reverend Father Mopawill Ngantchop

6pm-7.45pm:Meditation and deifferent animations by Marian movements, supervised by Reverend Father Christian Mounda Mawel

8pm: First vigil mass supervised by Reverend Father Bernard Nwind

10pm-11pm:Meditation and different animations, supervised Reverend Father Geh Kum

11pm: Second vigil mass supervised by Reverend Father Etienne Gilson Chamabe

Tuesday, April 20

2am-6am: Meditation and different animations supervised by Reverend Fathers Dieudonné Laurent Tonye and Maxime Siewe

7am: Office of the dead

10am: Burial mass
