Cotonsport of Garoua have been ranked amongsth the top ten African clubs in the latest rankings of the Confederation of African Football, CAF.

In the latest rankings published by the Confederation of African Football, Cotonsport of Garoua are ranked tenth amongst 388 African clubs.

The club form the North region of Cameroon has 594 points, far behind the top spot held by Egyptian side Al Ahly with 1447 points.

Other Cameroonian clubs feature on the ranking with Union of Douala the second Cameroonian club ranked 80 while Eding Sport of the Lekie are the third Cameroonian club ranked 150. Aigle of the Menoua are ranked 336.
