President Paul Biya, has appointed Feh Helen Kwangan as President of the Board of Directors of the National School of Administration and Magistracy, ENAM.

The appointment is contained in a Presidential decree, made public Thursday.

It would be recalled that President Biya had on April 11, signed a decree reorganising ENAM. In the April decree, the mandates of the Board of Directors and the General Management was reduced to six and nine years respectively. The decree at the same time doled out the responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer and his deputy before the Board of Directors, which indicated that they can be sanction “in the event of serious misconduct that could adversely affect the image of Enam “.
